There is absolutely a photo identified on The Beatles Source as being from that night, with Ringo. But I hadn't found a source in which he talks about it, hence, "Ringo hasn't mentioned it." Unfortunately (for me), I actually just did find a quote from Ringo about that night. Oops. Maybe I should edit it! Ha! Thanks for catching that!
Both of those events you mentioned were clearly fixed points in time. They *had* to happen. 😊
In all seriousness, it's actually incredible to think of how in both cases, one event set off so many careers and so much music history without trying to be A Historic Event.
The show was clearly Schrodinger's Paul. Was he there? Was he not? Was he already dead in the box? Who knows?
11 took River to see the Beatles at the Cavern (as discussed in one of the dvd extras) and [minor spoiler] this week Ruby mentions John owes her a piano lesson. I'm going to assume as a thank you for righting the timeline for them. I still think "My Dog Fred" is a masterpiece.
You write that Ringo doesn’t mention this show. But don’t photos place him onstage, drumming with Rory Storm?

It was nagging at me, so I edited it. Ha!

I should have mentioned that the Tenth Doctor was at both of those shows! Ha!
C'mon, you know 12 was the one at the punk show!

Yes, but 12 was actually playing in all of the bands.
I love "My Dog Fred." It's actually quite a bit more complicated and thoughtful than it seems right off. Truly!
